How can I apply to be a content creator?

You can apply to be a fighter by going to `account`, and going to the `Fighter Application` section and submitting an application form to us

How can I change, or remove my subscription?

You can change or stop any subscriptions you have by logging into your account and going to Subscriptions located within your Account. (https://fightdivision.co.uk/account/subscriptions)

Community Fund

How can I stop, or make changes to a community fund project I started

To make changes, or to remove a community fund project thats currently active, please email [email protected] with your community fund details and what changes are required.

How can I submit a Community Fund Project?

You can submit a Community Fund by going to Account, and Community Fund and clicking on the Apply button.

How will I know if my community fund has been approved?

If your community fund has been approved, you will get an automated email from Fight Division stating your community fund has been approved. You can also see the status of your submitted application by going to Account, and Community Fund. (https://fightdivision.co.uk/account/community-fund)

What are Community Funds?

Community Funds is an initiative by Fight Division to help the martial arts community. Community funds are projects submitted by martial artists all over UK, which are verified and then approved by Fight Division to advertise on our platform. These projects will be causes to support gyms and fighters financially, which our subscribers can donate to. How can I update my Tale of the Tape stats?

You can update your Fighter stats by logging in, and going to the My profile area, and going to the 'Fighter Profile' area (https://fightdivision.co.uk/account/fighter)

Why is the amount taken from a subscriber different to the final amount the Fighter gets?

For your subscriptions, we apply a 3.25% fee to the subscription payment you make, in addition to a flat fee of just £0.20. These fees help us cover the day-to-day operational costs, and they also enable us to invest in making the platform even better for you and the entire community.

As a fighter, when do I get the money from my subscribers?

Payments from your subscriber earnings are paid monthly to your stripe account.

You can see invoices for any payments you have completed by logging in, going to `Account`, and going to the `billing` section.

What fees are taken by Fight Division when I subscribe to a Fighter?

If you're a fighter on our platform, you'll notice a 12% base fee on your monthly earnings. However, if you've set up community contributions, this fee increases to 15%. This way, we ensure that both our fighters and the broader community benefit from their valuable contributions. On top of this, we take 3.25% from your monthly earnings to pay for our payment provider.

I want to ask for a refund for my FD On demand video subscription

To request a refund from Fight Division, please reach out to us via our live chat support or email us at [email protected]. Please be aware that Fight Division is a digital platform offering video content and livestream events. If you are requesting a refund for a livestream or pay-per-view (PPV) event, you will need to provide evidence that you were unable to access the service during the scheduled time. Additionally, we will review the time of purchase and the refund request to determine your eligibility.

Furthermore, as per our https://fightdivision.co.uk/terms, Generally, Fight Division does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle, you'll still have access to the service until the end of that period, but your subscription will not renew for the following month, and you won't be charged again. Like other streaming services, Fight Division may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or technical issues preventing access to the service. In such cases, customers can contact Fight Division's customer support to request a refund, and the support team will evaluate the situation accordingly.

How do I watch an event

To watch an event such as Masda Fight Night - Deary vs Pearse, you will need to create an account with FightDivision. To do that, you can use this link: Sign Up. Then you can visit Pay Per View link, and purchase the event by clicking on "Buy Access" and paying via card. The video player should be available after the purchase.

Can I play on more than 1 device at a time

No sorry. Viewing is limited to 1 device per account. You can switch between devices as needed but you can only view on 1 device at any one time.

I've forgotten my password or need to change it

As long as you have access to the registered email address you used to create an account with FightDivision, you can reset your email using the our Forgot password functionality. Please check spam/marketing folders in your email as some of our emails are filtered to spam/marketing depending on how strictly your spam filtering is set up.

The stream will not play or is low quality

Your internet connection plays a large role in how smoothly the stream can be viewed. Ensure that you have a fast internet connection before viewing the stream. If the stream is lower quality than expected, please try refreshing your browser window, this usually rectifies any issues and improves the stream quality. If you cannot get the stream to work due to your internet connection don’t worry, 24 hours later we will upload the fight recording to the website.

I can't hear the stream

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to hear the stream. We have listed some possible solutions below:

  • Check that the video player for the stream has audio enabled and volume turned up
  • Check that your device has audio enabled and volume turned up
  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh your browser
  • Ensure your browser preferences allow audio/video to play
  • If you are using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, click the volume icon in the taskbar. Click Mixer. Make sure the slider for Mozilla Firefox is not muted or at the bottom.

Can I watch the stream and mirror it to my TV

Yes. There are no restrictions on our side. You will simply cast/mirror your device to your Smart TV as you usually would do. Some useful links to help with this are below:
